Subscription Policy

1. How Subscriptions Work

On the product page, you select a product bundle and choose to subscribe. Each bundle corresponds to a subscription plan with its own delivery frequency, quantity, and recurring price. By selecting a subscription bundle and completing your purchase, you agree to recurring charges and authorize us to automatically bill your payment method according to that bundle's plan, on an ongoing basis, until you cancel.

After your purchase, you can change your bundle, plan, delivery frequency, or quantities at any time through your subscription management portal (see Section 3).

2. Billing & Renewals

  • Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel.
  • You will be billed on a recurring basis at the interval tied to the bundle you selected (for example, monthly). The exact amount and frequency are shown on the product page, at checkout, and in your account portal.
  • Each renewal is charged to the payment method you provided at checkout, or to any updated payment method you later add in the portal.
  • Any applicable taxes and shipping are added according to the rates in effect at the time of each renewal.

3. Managing or Cancelling Your Subscription

You can cancel or modify your subscription at any time through your customer account portal:

Inside the portal, you can:

  • Cancel your subscription
  • Skip an upcoming order
  • Change your bundle, plan, or delivery frequency
  • Update your billing or shipping details

4. Cancellation Timing

To avoid being charged for your next renewal, please cancel at least 1–2 days before your next billing date. Cancellations or changes made after a renewal order has already been generated or processed will apply to future renewals and will not affect an order that has already been placed.

5. Price and Plan Changes

We may change subscription pricing, plans, or bundle contents from time to time. If we make a change that affects the price of your active subscription, we will notify you in advance, and you will have the opportunity to cancel or modify your subscription before the change takes effect. Your continued subscription after the effective date of a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

6. Failed or Declined Payments

If a scheduled payment fails or is declined, we may attempt to charge your payment method again. If we are unable to collect payment, we may pause, suspend, or cancel your subscription, and you remain responsible for any amounts due for orders that have already shipped. Please keep your payment and contact information current in the portal to avoid interruptions.

7. Refunds for Subscriptions
